When I bought this machine,how many circuit breakers do I need, and what specifications are required?

You will need 2x40AMP circuit breakers, and the wire requirement is 2X (8AWG/2).

The Voltage requirement is 240V/75A.

I am not sure how many KW would be suitable in my house. And how many water supply points can be provided for my home?

We don't recommend you to install it outdoors.

Will it affected during winter usage?

The cast aluminum intergrated heater can provide excellent antgifreeze proction. However, It still depends on the ambient temperatur and the incoming water temperature. If the temperature is too low, it may not achieve the expect performance.
